I battled with this challenge. I was playing with the idea of broken glass, egg shells, crockery but nothing really grabbed me. Then Google came to the rescue. I searched "Photography, broken" and up came all the hearts. That was enough to trigger the picture in my head.
I wasn't happy with the position of the arm, but this crack is between 2 very heavy planters, low to the ground, and I had to "squash in". I do like the way the cracks really make the heart look broken.
No idea how this will do in DPC.
