 Cloned out dust spot. Cropped and leveled, used remove tool to mute the blown out sun behind the clouds, Levels adjustment.

Not expecting much. Used a slow shutter speed and moved camera left to right to create this blur/painterly look. I will be surprised if I get much higher than a 5 on this but i like it.

Wow! The Blue ribbon. Mind blown.
