This is Nancy, with her 18-year-old cat, Rupert. When I met Nancy a few years ago, she also had an old dog, and wanted me to do a pet portrait before he passed. We never were able to get it together (she travels a LOT), and sadly, the dog died before we could get a portrait. She vowed the same wouldn't happen with her cat.
She recently posted a shot of Rupert napping on this table surrounded by a ton of Halloween decorations, and I told he we should recreate that. I removed most of the decorations - she had about 30 on there! The light was so beautiful that I didn't even use my strobes.
It wasn't until I checked the site later that I saw this challenge. So it's sort of a hybrid pet portrait Halloween shoehorn. I hope you like it!
