Manny, this one is fantastic. If she is an aspiring model building her portfolio, then she must be thrilled with you.
There are a lot of little things about this photo that bring it all together. The negative space works really well here and helps emphasize the subject. The fact that only one eye is showing is great. A partially covered other eye would have been distracting.
That little wisp of hair over her left eye adds interest and helps to frame the face along with the cloth, which itself adds interest with it's sparkles.
Just wondering, when you upload some of your pictures and see them for the first time, do you get up and do a little dance? |

| Terrific pose, great lighting, I can't quite make up my mind about the extent of the negative space - I intitially thought there was too much black, but on revisiting I think it works really well. |
