| Does show the wind, but the composition is a little confusing. The stairwell on the left detracts the eye, the window below and balcony above a little as well. Also seems a tad overexposed. I like how you've placed the kites in the rule of thirds though. |

| Meets the challenge. The highlights are a little blown out, and the compositon isn't very interesting though. There are too many distracting elements in the background. |
