Greetings from the Critique Club,
This was a good subject for this challenge but it lacks any real focal point, which leaves the viewer thinking that it just a pile of junk. If you could have displayed it in such a way that the rebel body and logo was more prominent I think you would have had a much stronger image.
The image is nice and sharp with very good lighting and exposure but it̢۪s far to busy which is the real problem and is probably what held it back in the scoring.
The visual image of a camera in pieces would certainly evoke emotions amongst fellow photographers so you did well in your selection but it just needed better composition.
Good luck in future challenges
Regards
Tim Sturt

You didn't need to take rebel apart to get yourself a ribbon...
Composition: Something is bothering me about it, probably a lack of focal point. The circles (from the EF mount?) could have been used to accentuate a recognizeable object in this mess, for example, the 'digital rebel' logo on the front of the case. Just a suggestion.
Challenge: The image meets and exceeds the assigned topic.
Overall, 8. |

OH MY GOD! I saw that picture and instantly thought of it being my Rebel and the thought totally freaked me out. Good job...you earned a ten from me!!! |

It's rather cluttered, with little sense of composition, apart from the two circles. I realise that's probably what you were going for, but it doesn't do much for me, I'm afraid - sorry! |

OUCH!
Tell me you can put this back together again? :)
All the parts from this crop looks undamaged. However, I think this fits perfectly with the spirit of the challenge. Well done!
