 I should start charging more if there's a two year old in a photo shoot! Thoughts anyone??

How is it that a child can get to two and not come when it's called, this is one of the first things parents should teach their kids when they start walking.

BTW mum wanted her child to carry the balloon, but he had no interest at all.
