The title and image share depression. However, where there is a flower there is hope. Bumping up on a shot that makes one think. |

Quite a dark, disturbing theme, which fits, unfortunately, quite well with this challenge. I see that there are tall weeds which have sprouted about the door, and there is a lot of symbolism going on here. Quite creative.
Technically, not quite refined given we're using advanced editing. However, technical details should take a back seat to implied meaning in this type of photograph. |

| I like the idea, but not for this challenge. I don't really see this as representing something broken. Now if it [the door] were closed or hanging off the hinges I would have voted higher. 4 |
