I was having dinner down at the water front on the ONE non-rainy day and decided to snap this for the challenge. It is with my cell phone and who knows how that will do - I'd go down and reshoot with my camera but since it is gray and raining from her on out I won't be able to replicate the beauty. So, it is what it is. I am sure I will be dinged for the noise, lack of detail, etc.
