You may include existing artwork in your entry, but photo-realistic artwork such as printed photos, monitor images or realistic illustrations must either be clearly presented as artwork or used only as a minor supporting element. Using photo-realistic artwork to simulate physical objects or backgrounds that provide the primary impact of an entry will be grounds for disqualification. The BG monitor image is not clearly recognizable as artwork: had you retained the monitor's bezel in the crop you would have been alright.

love the narrow DOF on that more or less central broccoli head. too bad about the dq; in fact I rather think you needn't have had so dramatic a background. well, there is always tomorrow as we say in April.
