I gave it a 10. ...but then realized this isn't the Slide Rule challenge. ;-P

A very unique interpretation of the topic, with hair used as a descriptor rather than literally. Borderline shoehorn, but I've done my fair share of those myself. Extra pointage for outside the box thinking.
One minor criticism is that this seems a bit flat. Just not a lot of what I think of as "pop" to the image. Out of curiosity, I did a screen grab and tried a levels adjust on it. I found that the dynamic range was good, stretching all the way from dark to light, but no tones were significantly higher than anything else, which I think is accounting for that appearance. |
