 i wanted a photo of this insect for the orange challenge as they are actually called orange in their name ..

i had seen only a couple around and they are very flighty .. when you get close they usually fly away ..

i saw this one in the grass and fortunately it allowed me to take a couple of shots before getting spooked ..

I wanted a better photo but whenever I saw another one of these wasps .. which was rare .. they wouldn't let me close enough to get a photo ..
