 From within the only lighthouse I had an opportunity to go into during my recent trip around Lake Michigan.

Post-challenge notes:
WAYY better than I expected for an edit done an hour or two before rollover.
The details were faint enough that I could not see those subtleties on my laptop while I was traveling. My original edit of a different but similarly themed shot was not anything I was pleased with.

If this were a cell, the window and view alone would keep you sane, balm for the soul. It's all the more intensified by the small compass here, though hopefully the window opens to afford a much wider scope. A small gem. Also, the slightly distorted reflections in the picture glass add more charm to the room overall.
