 oh this was fun cutting a mouse in half with a hacksaw let me tell you!

Shot in raw, set white balance, crop, curves, NI...borring I know, but it was fun.

Mice are actually very simple little on the inside, nothing complex mostly made of plastic.

I like the composition. I like the lighting. I don't like that it looks sawed.

very clean cut, which makes it even more interesting. normally i would want the broken object to be in focus, but for some reason this seems to work as well. very compelling and orderly looking (unnatural) arrangement, which i might not normally like but works well for this shot. some sharpness and color tweaking could've really made this one POP.

Composition: 6, Emphasis seems to be on the unbroken connector
Technical: 7, Good lighting, but a little oof or maybe bad dof
Appeal: 6
Challenge: 3, sorry, it's not broken - you cut it in half.
Overall Calculated Average Score: 6, The subject could've worked - you should have smashed it though
