Shot under the streetlamp in front of my house, wearing my favorite bright yellow rain coat. Had it actually been raining -- continued, really -- or had the ground been visibly wet, I think it would have made a stronger image. Too lazy to break out the garden hose and have my wife hose me down, I guess.

I used the Sigma 12-24 zoom set at about 18mm. I tried some shorter lengths to get perspective distortion, but it seemed to take away from the lonely feeling I was after.

I am confused about where you were going with this idea. It's not a bad photo I just don't get it.

This photo has intensity about it. I am left with wonder about what the man is looking at.

Very interesting. As sodium vapor causes a number of changes, I think green to red and vice versa, it would be interesting to include things of recognizable color such as apples, bananas, lettuce, in such a picture and to attempt to process the picture without changing the colors as seen. I like the yellow jacket and the light in the trees. The exposure, depth of field, and focus are very good. Also, a very good model, especially if he had to hold still for long. A 9.

Nice idea, although the angle/ slant is distrating and the focus seems a bit off.
