| Beautiful child and expression captured. The focus is a little too soft for my taste, needing a little bump in the light. The photo conveys a "snapshot" feel to me with the candy in hand, necklace falling askew, etc., but not lively enough to be considered a "candid". You did a great job with DOF; the background provides no distraction. I wish it could be in a bit more contrast to her hair, but that doesn't appear to have been a choice. Her skin and hair appear to glow when positiioned with a lighter, softer color like the yellow. |
