Window definition - "an opening in the wall or roof of a building or vehicle, fitted with glass in a frame to admit light or air and allow people to see out."

This is one of many holes in the medieval perimeter wall of the Gruyere castle. The wall has a walkway fitted with the wooden roof and this particular hole has also a wooden board below.

what a gorgeous scene out of your hole in a wall ..
i havent seen all your competition but i feel this will be up there as a huge contender for a ribbon . so well seen and photographed ..
