 Adjustments to Contrast...Curves, Highlights and Shadows.
"Colourize" used to alter the orange hue of the lights to yellow.
USM applied.
Soften tool used to minimise the effects of "Noise" artifacts.
All adjustments made to the entire image with the use of PSP8.
