This photo has good qualities.
It has an easily indentifiable subject: a broken lightbulb with a smattering of "blood" (infinitely pleased to know its not real!).
A good set focus including the bulb filament, and screw, leads the eye to the centre of the photograph and then drawing it out slowly with the broken peices laying around the central filament.
The lighting is bright enough to show a little reflection on the glass and background without becoming overexposed.
There is a definite amount of planning that has gone into this photo, and it shows in the fact that the photo is "print" quality, and the overall "feel" of the photo is quite professional.
The only thing that I would point out as being slightly off is a vague "rainbow" of colour near the mid-top half of the photo which may have been caused during compression. My suggestion is that when compressing an image, make sure to choose the highest quality you can have, then resize the image until it meets size (kbs) limits.

Again, another underrated photo by you :) It should have done better than 5.5! |

A lot more creative than the other broken light bulb shots. |

intense. normally i would say it looks overexposed, has a color cast, and some vignetting - but they all seem to give it a unique look that is appealing this time around. |

The blood looks good (is it supposed to be blood?) what did you use for it? |

I like the gore look. Colors work really well here, good focus, DoF. |

I really like stuff that makes you think. This gets my imagination going, wondering what that dream is about. This is IMHO not the best shot of the bunch, but it does get the mind going... 6 for that. |

The blood vastly increases the level of interest for me :D The only thinig I don't think I like is the top of the shot fading darkly like that... |
