Formerly a luxury hotel, it is now an apartment building. Great art nouveaux architecture and a very imposing building that can be seen from miles around due to the lack of other stuctures in its way.
Post: Correct for perspective and distotion. Cropped. Cloned out the antenna at the top and three partial windows on the lower right.
Layer adjustments for levels, brightness and contrast and hue/saturation. USM. Resize. USM.
Shot in the late afternoon sun.

Nice Shot! Colors and lighting is good but the detail of the building seems flat. Other than that good focus. The only distraction to me is the vertical aspect of the building is not parallel with the picture. I would of tried to crop so that the building would have been parallel. Good Shot!

Interesting shot - though your yellows might have been saturated a touch too much for me: that sense of partial over-exposure in the brickwork. The noise in the sky is a pity, though I expect in the building areas it's actually helping you.

This image has great movement, clarity and vibrancy brought into a old, established reality. I love the clip of reflections we see in the foregorund building, and the stunning details of the landmark itself. Perfect use of negative space in the sky, giving it a great overall balance and keeping it from being a "postcard".

I enjoy the composition in this image. The foreground building roof diving into the left third of the image, and then the roof point at the very bottom shooting the angle straight up into the main building, and off into the ornate negative space of the blue sky. The blue and orange-yellow make a nice, battling contrast of color. I think the only thing I miss is a focal point that works with the strong lines.

Nice shot.

Nice street level shot. Although got this shot I think that the buildings at the bottom are a little distracting. 6
