| I like the composition except for the lemmon. I find the colours in the pie and the blue tablecloth work wery well together. |

| Perfect focus and DOF; the only problem for me is that it lacks any real interest for me, or seems more like a snapshot. Just an opinion. I think it would have been more effective for my tastes with less in the frame; perhaps just the slice of pie completely the focus of interest. Hope this is helpful. |

| Well at least the lemon isn't the focal point of this shot :). I'm sorry but besides that I can find little about this that interests me, it just looks like a snapshot of dessert. It is yellow though ! |

| I am relieved that this isn't just another lemon shot. Nice composition. I want the pie to look either more perfect, or more messed up. It is kinda middle of the road. The lemon meringue pie that I remember (I haven't seen it in ages) has a filling that looks like glass when you cut it. It is a bias that isn't fair so I am not going to let it impact my vote. But I want, desperately for some reason, to see that glasslike image...6 |

| It's yellow but there is the use of the flash, the composition (too busy and too centered) the background that fail the picture. Sorry don't tell me anything but a snapshot of the pie. Good luck! |

| Oh, man, this makes my mouth pucker! I love lemon pie :) Your colors, focus and dof are great. I'm thinking that a different composition would help -- the background elements seem to detract rather than add to the impact of this great photo. Just an opinion -- hope it's a little helpful. |

| Looks yummy. Nicely balanced composition, though I'm not sure the fork is positioned as well as it could be. It tends to bloci the eye coming into the picture. |

The lemon in the background is a nice touch. may have been better without the cup and saucer though. |
