 This setup was intended to be used in the Starburst challenge, but I couldn't get a shot that would work with minimal editing, so I used shallow depth of field instead.

I couldn't get a decent result by darkening the background, but I attempted to brighten up the bike.

I really like little sculptures like this, and you've captured its detail and tone very well. I find the overall tone a bit flat though, and I wonder if shifting the background to a much darker shade (midnight blue?) would make the bike pop out even more.
