 My recent trip to Illinois yielded plenty of photo opportunities. I just wish I would have been thinking about "art" rather than just documenting our family trip. Having only returned to photography last year that part is coming, but slowly.

I chose this picture due to the aloneness that it portrays. Due to all of the restrictions in place, either by governments or for personal fears, many places have few people around. It really gives the city a different feel than what it would have just last winter.
