Using two light sources from opposite directions does not improve the outline of the shape. For example the breasts hardly look round in this image. On her right breast there is a strong light from below that bounces against the part shaped by the light from above. Her left breast shows a strong transition from light to dark. Only the lower part of that breast shows some light that emphasises the round shape. Her stomach area looks flat with no shapes emphasised.
