 Taken in Natal Drakensberg. Two peaks in F/G is Column and Pyramid. Lots of rain this season has seen the mountains deliver with flowers most beautiful.

I just spent time watching an 8 part youtube series on the Drakensberg! You came to mind quite often as I was watching each part. I wish I could figure out a way to come visit. I'm not sure I can backpack anymore, but could do day trips if that is even possible. The series stated that flowers in the Berg were a little scarce due to climate conditions, so its good to see them in your comp. I love the sunrise and starburst. Excellent image Rian.

hidden treasures indeed .. this is STUNNING .. !! ..
so much going on .. foreground, midground and background .. the plants with their colour and life, the fog settling in the valley .. and the sun .. topping it all off .. perfect composition ..

The colours of the landscape, the depth of the landscape and the mist make this beautiful. I don't like the strong sunset and the star effect.
