 If ever you're in Bath, England it's worth dropping into the Fudge Kitchen where you can see this being made. My plan had been to use an image of the creating stage but as the cook was wearing a mask it lost some of its appeal! So I had to buy the fudge instead....

The only question now is whether I eat it all myself or take it up to Scotland when I visit my partner for a Summer break.

damn .. seeing this is making me want some fudge ..
what an artistic creation you have made here .. and what a wonderful photo ..
can see this as the cover of some cooking magazine ...
