 Thanks for all the super comments, the fave and the red bling Don.

I came up with various interpretations for this challenge
all using the silhouetted image of the girl. The second exposure was taken in Juneau Alaska, I love the building to the right which says “Senate” Most of it is cropped out. I used an analog filter in Nik, the one with the double exposure and I just kept on playing around with it until the girls shadow was in the right spot. I think I uploaded and deleted different images more than half a dozen times until I was completely happy with the final image.

I’m trying to be really subjective this year with the challenges that I enter. I’m only really entering the themes that I particularly like. I don’t have an urge to enter every single challenge any more, but I do really love the extended editing challenges because I get to use my creative license and create something that really resonates with me.
