I thought the reflections of the fall colors off the water made an interesting shot. I don't think this will do very well but decided to enter it anyway for the heck of it. Hey it met the challenge?

Now this is quite lovely. The ducks end up being superfluous as it is the tree reflections in the water which are most intriguing. I find the frame distracting.

Nice capture of the fog and I love the amount of background you can see through it. Well done. Good reflections. A bit stronger focus on the birds and this would be perfect.

What a fantastic shot. Brilliant idea and nice arrangement of the the ducks int he frame. (How did you get them to do that?) The dead space in the foreground is too much. Crop up from the bottom and play around with it a bit. I want to get closer to those ducks. The one in the middle and the one closest to the left side are reallly captivating. Nice variety of positions and activity.

nice scene...it seems like a bit too much foreground, but then again...?

Getting 7 of any thing wild is a challenge. The foreground reflections add to the photo and I am glad they were not cropped out. The fog adds to the calmness of the scene. Great photo and ahould be a winner

Definately 7. I like the crop and placement of the subjects within the photo. Very nice use of negative space. I realize this is in the fog, but the fog makes it look all out of focus to me, and I think I wish we could have sharper focus. Although the fog makes it interesting, so I'm not quite sure how to accomplish that. Overall nice find! ~Heather~
