Ok. I admit it. I saw the title for this challenge, had the idea for the photo that I shot and I went with it. I did not read the description of the challenge. When I went in to vote I had a big laugh at myself. So chalk this one up to putting the cart before the horse. That being said, I'm surprised I did as well as I did.

Image cropped
Converted to B&W
Converted to duotone (Pantone 137C)
Adjusted contrast/brightness
Applied NeatImage to reduce noise
Applied USM to sharpen up a few edges

Better color than the opther card photo, not as well of a subject. Are you trying to take money from a lady?

one thought...the sepia tone here would have worked better if the cards and other objects were Old West style.

I see five cards, I don't think this meets the challenge "take a photograph which contains exactly seven of the main subject"

My favourite from the card entries in this challenge. Well composed, love the tone and mood of the image. There are plenty of things to keep the eye wandering in this image which is a good thing. Would perhaps liked to have seen more of the ashtray. Overall a good image.

this is a fun shot...would have cool to have spotlighted the 7 of clubs. just a thought...still like it.

Such a damn good photo, but I think in your isnpiration you accidentally misinterpreted the challenge. The guide said to have exactly 7 of your main subject...

I will pass on voting too low for this as I don't want to harm it's mark, becauyse it is a great shot.
