 Same title as a shot I entered in the
From a distance" challenge. That one was taken from a plane. but some people thought that was a closeup of a beach or similar.


That's what this one is. Taken from a balcony about 15 feet above the beach. Perspective corrected and rotated 90 degrees. Expecting to get creamed as this isn't what is expected in a landscape challenge. Might have strong appeal for a narrow crowd, though.

Post-challenge notes:
It wasn't the meh votes that kept this down, it was extremely high votes being neutralized by extremely low votes. A love it or hate it entry is a success in my book!
