| My personal favorite of the challenge by 1.7 miles. It's not static but full and imbued with life. It hews to the topic, portrait of the elderly as a cohort, a situation, more so than this and that example. Only upon seeing your image did I realize the point. It's congenial, cozy and everyday. The guys are relaxed and, I guess, unposed. Nicely composed amidst the busy area and well-suited to black and white. Tim mentioned the neat gargoyle on the right, which adds some twisted whimsy, and I was particularly fascinated by the blown out white hat on the gent in the foreground. Overall, I'm forced by truth and justice to award "do you" a Shadow Blue. |
