This is a soybean processing plant outside of Council Bluffs, Iowa. It is supposed to be over a mile from the Missouri River . . . but this year that distance has been considerably reduced, and months after the river crested, the plant is on the shore of a virtual lake and not next to cultivated fields as it should be.
