Not saying "authority" to me but it might be an image that could someday be useful in a court of law...but I doubt it...as there doesn't seem to be enough property damage to be court worthy...I don't see anything going on that is all that interesting.

OH TEAH!

Hmmm, meestal staan ze andersom vanachter zo'n boompje vandaan te fotograferen. :)

Interesting that you shot this from almost the same point of view as another photographer and that you included him in your frame. I get the message that the media are the authority because they have the power of the slant of the story and the angle of the image. Am I right?

This is juist what it is. An accident. You might have taken a shot of an officer doing the records and talking to witnesses. The tree on the right is irritating. There are too many cars for the two that are concerned to come out well.

hmmm, too bad about that tree. Hard to tell what he's doing/who he is- so authority here isn't defined.

i see a wreck, but no authority figure. who is in control here, keeping the spectators at bay? even without the challenge, the composition doesn't really take you into the image. a better perspective might have been from closer in while an authority figure was examining the incident.

A sharp, vivid, almost photojournalistic shot. Not sure about its relation to the topic.
