| this is a tough shot to take. you need enough light to make the boats stand out, but you don't want to wind up with undue hotspots and flaring. while this fits the challenge as representing symbols of authority, without a distinct subject, it comes off a bit snap-shotty. |

| lights are kinda blown out. a shorter exposure might have made the scene more intimate and a little less distracting. good composition though... 4. |
