Get off your rear end and take pictures.

Last August, my cousin and I too a road trip to the Four Corners area (where the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado meet. One of our stops was Mesa Verde National Park where, is my custom, I shot a ton of pictures, a lot of which I still have to process. I was kind of punchy when I did this one. I was working with Aurora-HDR which has a pretty decent batch processing feature. So, I loaded up 19 pictures but instead of hitting the button for individual pictures, I hit the button for one HDR. The program did just what it was supposed to and this is its version of an HDR using the material I gave it. I really like this "accident" but I haven't tried the method again.

That's a pretty cool result. I thought that there was a sheet of glass leaning up against a tree.

One of these happy accidents that create, yes, a nightmarish image of great beauty. The tricks of our memory created by tricks of technology

Wow.. I like what happened here.. your Aurora-HDR created digital art! I use Photomatix Pro 6 for most of my images but generally process one at a time as a single image HDR. Yours combined things in a unique sort of way. I think you should experiment more with this.. see what else you come up with.

thats such a great result from your accident .. has it combined pics and then done an hdr on it .??.
its really difficult to tell whats going on .. which i like ..
things that arent immediately obvious really appeal to me .. you spend more time and see a whole lot more than you otherwise would have .. the more i look at this the more i like it .. :)
