I originally thought cheese too, then decided it looked more like cubed turnips :) The stew sounds great!

I thought these were cheese cubes. I know what celeriac is, but I don't think I've ever eaten it -- they just don't sell it in our area. The Guinness stew sounds great.

At first it looked like chunks of cheddar cheese.. don't think I've ever had celeriac. You are very adept at introducing new and interesting foods to us.

at first i thought it was cheese .. from the photo ..
then i had to google celeriac .. so i have learnt something today .. as i have never come across it before ..
