as someone who's tried painting, this reminds me of how hard it is to paint light skin. It has no color of its own and seems to share in the color around it. I get a strong sense of that from this photo. the colors deconstruct and reconstruct as I look at it. a fascinating image. |

This remind me of my dad, he is 87 now and still running around :) It is really a good memory. |

Fine. Really fine. Wonderful hands that have known many years of work, of love, of laughter, and doubtless of sorrow. The rich, warm colors are as beautiful as the hands. |
