Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Kandyj...
I think you chose a good subject for an extreme angle perspective photo... I really like the contrast between the tree limbs, foliage, and the white sky. Your desaturation idea seems to have worked very well also. This photo has a nice chaotic feel to it...
I think the only thing this photo lacks is a central point of focus for the viewer. My eyes keep wandering around this shot and never really come to rest on some specific part of it...
Excellent shot and keep up the good work :)

I think the number of branches here obscures the effect of the perspective. I can't see the trunk tapering to the top of the treek, nor can I see many of the upper branches. This makes the photo a little flat. |
