| I like this picture -- the depth, the colors, the lines and shadows. But mostly I like the central vertical dividing post. Of course it draws attention by being annoying and breaking conventional dicta, but it shoves life in your face. Why do our photos usually go to such pains to tidy up? I know that's usually my approach, too. But a central seeming obstruction claps you hard on the back and declares, "What do you expect, an endless continuum of peaches and cream, check the box harmony broken only by honeyed naps?" I'll give it a 9. |
