Voted earlier coming back to comment.

The perspective of looking up and seeing the barbed wire and spikes of the gates in this city street with the buildings looming high above makes one question how they feel at this particular spot. Does it give a sense of the security or does it make one feel imprisoned within these tall walls? That is a question that is up to the viewer as to how they perceive this. A good photo with an interesting perspective that makes one stop and think.
