Impressive visual with great power. The sole image of the figure adds that extra weight to complete the visual. Very good work and my warm congratulations on your ribbon. |

Well done. This was a very firm favourite of mine that most certainly deserves a ribbon. Personally, I think its the best of the three winners, but there we are. Keep up the good work! |

Congratulations. This place is amazing. It somehow makes me feel almost the same as in the film Hypercube, but without blades :) |

Very interesting shot. The dark figure at the ends makes this work. |

Tones, forms composition is nice. I'd like it better if it would be taken from some half a meter lower viewpoint. |

My word. I daresay this is one of the coolest pictures I've even seen here. At first I though you broke the rules by adding text to your picture, when I realized the were HANGING there. What fantastic architechture and design. The image has the quality of being naturally black and white, without being converted to such. The words, the depth of field, reflections on the floor, the texture of the floors and walls, the dark suited woman walking alone with her bags. This is a stunner, my friend, and I know it will do well. I almost wonder how it would look I you snapped the photo more to the left or from the end of the hall. I would love to see the inside of this place. (10) |

great lighting and composition.. I like this very much |

11/19/2004 07:10:16 PM |
Great capture.. excellent composition, good tonal range, good choice of DOF. Selective desat? The signboard in the doorway looks blue. Anyway, perfect marks from me. |

This shot wouldn't be this good if that person hadn't been it, really sets the scene. Quiet fine composition! |
11/19/2004 04:33:20 PM |
Wonderful use of DOF and composition. I'd love to see this in person. Although the image leads me through the shot to the door, I'm very glad you included the figure in the background as well. It gives me a sense of the overall size. Excellent work. If you haven't mentioned it in your comments, please let us know where you took this. 10 |

a good geometrical composition |
11/19/2004 06:41:57 AM |
the person at the end seems to be out of place a bit. |
11/19/2004 12:10:47 AM |
very nice capture. For a minute I thought you actually added that text. haha.
I'm a little put off by the amount of space at the bottom, but it's really a nice photograph to look at. I'd like to see this one in color, as well. |

Light, lines, white, black, tech, people, non-reflective, reflective, wide, distant, vanishing, leading. This photo has it all. Wonderful! 10

11/18/2004 01:01:25 AM |
I like how the composition leads you towards the figure in the distance. |
11/17/2004 01:57:22 PM |
like the look, a lower angel might help draw out the text more. 6

great work. if the challenged allowed for cloning, i'd have removed the bluish looking thing in the doorway. otherwise, i really like it. |
11/17/2004 08:50:11 AM |
oooh nice... although framing a bit long on the floor, i like this though.,... i seem some blue though, is this really black and white?? hehe |
11/17/2004 08:43:31 AM |
This is very effective. I love the reflections, the distant figure, the composition - everything. The more I look at it the more I like it. This should do really well - good luck |
