 I created this image by aranging some fruit in a bowl. I placed the bowl on a chair which I drapped white material over. I used a reflector to reflect the light from the window behind me on to the fruit. I took the photo in colour. In photoshop I desaturated the image. I then ajusted the levels and increased the sharping.

I can't think of anything that would have improved the shot...maybe less glare off of the front of the bowl near the pedastal. It still gets a 10 from me.

The fruit just seems too dark.

lighting is too diffuse, not 'pop' to it.
