| I like your image so much, not least for waving a desaturated red flag before the non-believers. This wildebeest is officially blue, so it has the imprimatur of science as well as art. Kissed by the sun's glare, it's a transitory cameo of which I'm fortunate to have been offered a glimpse. |

LOLOL, I gave you a 6 cus he looked sad and I got all serious and psychoanalyzed the photo trying really hard to find blue LOLOL

Anyway, for clarity, this animal is not blue because he's lonely or anything, he is named a "Blue" Wildebeest.
Connochaetes taurinus - The blue wildebeest, also called the common wildebeest, white-bearded wildebeest or brindled gnu, is a large antelope and one of the two species of wildebeest.

| What an amazing creature and how exciting to have seen it. I like the contrast between the pale grass and the dark trees. I think i'd have preferred to have had a bit more light on the head as the features are a little difficult to pick out. |

| I must admit that nothing really conveys "blue" to me here. I googled, and there is indeed an animal with that name, but as I'm not familiar with it I have a hard time with this shot in relation to the challenge topic. |

| Ha! Ok, I love the shot. Can't talk myself into giving it a high score and can't talk myself out of giving it a high score. Trying convince myself that he's blue because he's off by himself. I'll let you know what I decide later. :) |

| What a fantastic shot and the opportunity to be able to shoot wildebeests. If I go deep into psycho stuff, I can see him being alone, and outcast, probably had a bad childhood and then was starving as an adult with nothing but grass to eat. But the shot is black/grey white. you are going to get so dinged for this. |
