Nothing wrong with this shot, but I think a more exciting composition, maybe something other than just filling the frame with the house, would add more to it. It does have a nice 'old' feeling though.

Looks just like the house Steve Martin lived in in the movie "The Jerk". If you haven't seen it, it starts out with "I was born a poe black boy." And it shows him on the porch with all his family around. They are all black. Not trying to be racist, this picture reminded me of the movie. It's one of my all time favorite movies.
Anyway. This house is a worthy subject for b/w. Good job.

What a cool old place! It is nice to find a place like this but I feel you needed to use more of its natural surroundings and a bit more contrast.

To have more white space would have enhanced this photo. A bit to bright as well. Great subject.
