It wasn't until after my dog had gotten a hold of the ball that I realized it was as black & white as my kitchen floor and would make a good subject for this challenge.

So sorry about the bite marks. But thank you to my dog for not stealing the ball while I was shooting.

nice idea, but i think it would benefit from more depth of field, as well as the ball being just _slightly_ further up and to the right

great - contrast in 3 ways0:
1) Black and white
2) round and flat
3) squares and pentagons/hexagons

Very creative, fits the b&w theme. Sharper focus on the ball, deeper dof, would make this photo better.
