An appealing image that fulfils the challenge brief well

Nicely composed image Anton. Together with your title the end result portrays the illusion that the house has been built on the road itself. The foreground road sweeping in towards the house leads you nicely into the image as a whole. It works well.

Reminds me of "Christina's World" painting by Andrew Wyeth. Well shot and processed. With the title, it fits the challenge well. Good job.
