This photo is taken late in the day and I had to be very quick to catch this one just before the sun vent down.

The sky gives this a magical feel. I would have liked to have seen the towers more off to the right though - of course I don't know what's on the left side of the border. In any event, good work 8

Wow, very striking image. Captures the spirit of the epic trilogy nicely. Oh, I wish I was a hobbit, with little furry feet, with a wizard for a friend and some elven bread to eat.

that's pretty good. i take it it was a sunny day, the front of the building looks super smooth with the light hitting it, nice shadows on the curve of the tiles.

Well I like it. It's the best lanscape shot of the challenge IMO. I unfortunately just havn't found a lanscape shot in B&W that I didn't think would look better in color. (my own included). But this one has good focus and shadows. It is also interesting to look at.

ooh ef ég hefði nú bara drattast út að taka mynd núna. Ãessi er æði, skýin verulega dramatísk. Hefði kannski fundist hún enn betri ef hún hefði verið minna miðjusett.

Ãessi er bara geðveik! Besta mynd sem ég hef nokkurntíman séð af Háteigskirkju og ég hef séð þær margar. 10 í einkunn. Ãg veit að það má svo ekki í Basic editing en ef ég væri þú myndi ég "klóna" burt ljósastaurinn niðri í hægra horninu, hann stingur dálítið í augun.

For those of you who don´t speak Icelandic I am just simply drooling over this image...
