For the most part, I like this shot, the contrast is very strong and the shadows are really deep black. Although, the shot is rotated in an odd way that I feel detracts from the image. The building and the people look like they are leaning. My camera does the same thing if I take a wide angle shot, and when shooting buildings, it's an annoying result. If you stand further back and zoom in a bit, the effect is reduced. You can also get filters for photoshop that fix it, but that's if you can afford (or at least know someone that can afford) photoshop. |

Great subject! Feels like an Asimov or Orwell novel. It would be more imposing if the angle rose from right to left, I think. I like the contrast of the stark shadows. |
