 What a very unusual man Emmet Gowin is.
I don't think I've ever seen a woman pee on the floor of a barn before (as he photographed his wife doing).

The outdoors was just behind her. Is there a reason for this other than for the shock value?

I'm not sure what his son lying on top of his daughter with her legs spread and her hand caressing him is supposed to say... everything I can come up with is derogatory.

Is there a reason for this other than the shock value?

I wonder if Granny knew that her daughter or daughter-in-law was exposing herself beside her at the time. Was she odd too... or a pawn in their oddness?

I don't understand Mr Emmet Gowin at all.

And I'm happy about that.

I've entered the oddest thing I can come up with at present. And I'm embarrassed to have shot it.

May we PLEASE just have "normal" photographers to emulate in the future? I know none of us are actually "normal", but... maybe we could try someone a little closer to it next time?
