 Yeah, I'm hopeless. All my classmates can at least levitate, but I'm still stuck to the mat. Meanwhile, the Yoga Teacher Trainees are floating around overhead. Life is so unfair! ;-)

Had fun coming up with the idea of various classmates levitating and in the case of Meghann, truly sparklefarting around, which fits her exuberant and buoyant personality. The more serene Diana is peacefully bouncing off the ceiling. Shot Alisha, the instructor, from behind as a grounding element. I set up the camera on a tripod before class and enlisted her to get a few shots us during seated meditation, so I wouldn't have to worry about motion blur :-)

pp: shot RAW, usual adjustments (mostly to match the colour balances) and of course lots of layers and dodge and burn to try and get the right amount of visual weight in the pic.

Oh Susan, you can't levitate or sparklefart? I thought everyone could do thatâ€Â¦ A great image most amusing, I like the way you've included Alisha from behind, and your envious look up towards Meghann and her self-propelled flight of delight. Keep at it you'll soon be sparkling with the best of 'em...
